Demise is a main character in Elemental Pretty Cure!. Demise is the envoy of the end. Demise is a pure drama queen. Though he appears as a grown-up man, he seems more like a child or at least to be in Momoko's age. Demise loves fighting more than any of the other envoys and despite his power, is usually in a good mood.

Personality[]

Demise is a real drama queen, who gets upset by everything and by everyone. However, he is short-minded and isn't offended too long over things. He also seems to forget many things after a fight. For example, he always tries to get along with the Cures even though they are enemies. Though being a grown-up man, Demise acts more like a child or a middle school student. He tends to get amazed by cute things and is usually heard saying "Cutee~~" (かわいい~~ Kawaī ~~?). However, Demise is very passionate when it comes to fighting and enjoys everytime he gets to fight Pretty Cure. Compared to the other villains, Demise is the one who loves fights the most. Demise is usually in a good mood.

Etymology[]

Demise (デマイス?) - Demise is an English word, which describes death or decease. However, it can also describe termination of existence or operation.[1] So Demise's name is a pun to end, a symbol of the black color.
