Alma/Cure Piano, A 8 year who is the best friend of Francesca Tomassevich. When she gets saved by Cure Guitar when a Rocanroll attacks her, she starts wondering who Cure Guitar is until Francesca transforms into Cure Guitar in front of her.Alma in the episode 3 becomes the cure of the blue pianos of courage Cure Piano when she starts protecting Guitar. She is also the sportiest Cure in the season. Her cure-alter ego is Cure Guitar, the blue pianos of courage whose theme colour is blue
Emilie/Cure Flute - A 7 year old girl who just transferred to EMBA as Francesca and made friends with Others, but she thinks she is the most beautiful in the whole world. When Franesca and Alma first meet Emily, she is very bully but is a good girl in other episodes. When Francesca and Alma make friends with Emilie; they tell Emilie that they are Precures, which is surprising to her due to her being saved by the Precure when she was 4 years old. When Guitar and Piano are badly hurt by a Rockanroll, she decides to stand up for them and became the yellow flutes of hope, Cure Flute. Her cure-alter ego is Cure Flute, the yellow flutes of hope whose theme colour is yellow
Valentina/Cure Microfone/ A 10 year old girl. She is known as the green microfone of wisdom, Cure Microfone. As Cure Microfone, she is very wise and careful about her surroundings. In the Musical Kingdom, her name is Spring and she is a famous singer there. Her cure-alter ego is Cure Microfone, the green microfones of wisdom whose theme colour is green
Marie/Cure Violin A 5 year old girl. She becomes the red violin of melodies, Cure Violin. In the Flower Kingdom, she is known as the Princess Violina because she knows how to play the violin very well. Her cure-alter ego is Cure Violin, the red violin of melodies whose theme colour is red.
Miusiki - The main fairy of the season. She resembles a bit of Cat's personallity, she is very energetic and playful.Her theme is a musical kitty of 3 years old
Musical Tones - The Musical Tones (ミュージカルートーン Myūjikarū Tōn) are jewel-like mascots that provide aid to the Musical Cures. They grant power and abilities when they are inserted into the Musical Module, Musical Flute, Musical Microfone, Musical Violin, Musical Guitar, or Love Piano.
